The Silver Fin Building is a speculative office development by Titan Investors that has provided 130,000sqft of grade A accommodation in the centre of Aberdeen.

From project management of the design process that led to securing planning permission in 2014, through overseeing the demolition, site clearance and construction, Platform has worked closely with Titan Investors towards delivery of the development.

Construction work commenced in 2015, with completion of the building to a Category A specification achieved in 2017.

The building won the 2018 BCO Regional Award (Scotland) for Commercial Workplace.
