Cardiff
Completed in 2022, Dumballs Road is located directly south of the millennium stadium, adjacent to Callaghan Square in the city centre. The scheme comprised two buildings totalling 205 mixed units and amenities.

Sheffield
Completed in 2023, Central Quay is a landmark of the Glasgow skyline, sitting on the banks of the River Clyde. It is comprised of 498 studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, enhanced by exclusive amenities.

Glasgow
Completed in 2023, Sylvester Street includes 335 new homes, a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments arranged over three residential blocks. Amenities include a lounge, games room, private dining room, gym, three terraces. Residents also have access to a dedicated resident services team, and smart parcel management.
