Kennedy is formed of two buildings, Passy Kennedy and Office Kennedy. The property is located within the prestigious 16th arrondissement, comprising of prime residential and landmark office buildings. The buildings are well positioned on the banks of the River Seine overlooking the Eiffel Tower. The area is notably home to many companies from the media and communications industry.

Presently, Passy Kennedy and Office Kennedy operate independently of one another but share a party wall. Northwood’s aspirations are to increase value by improving the quality of the existing buildings and creating additional office space. It is anticipated that the project will include a façade refurbishment, improved access and wayfinding, enhanced tenant amenities and office reinstatement.

Platform were approached in 2022 to define the project, appoint and mobilise a design team and manage the pre-construction process in order to commence works at the point of majority vacant possession in 2024.
