Arcs de Seine is a 470,000 sqft commercial office campus located in Boulogne-Billancourt, a commune in the western suburbs of Paris. The campus was initially designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and consists of three separate buildings arranged around landscaped gardens. The asset is leased to several premium media and technology tenants.

Since 2015, Platform has provided strategic advice and led several projects to reinstate office floors and refurbish the common parts, including two receptions and the creation of a gymnasium and business centre. Platform advised on the reinstatement of Building C which achieved Practical Completion at the end of Q3 2023.
