Tom Parsons
Tom has 10 years’ experience advising a range of industry stakeholders, negotiating contracts on commercial office, residential and light industrial developments.
At Platform Tom is working on the procurement of the SMART building management systems and marketing activities at The Acre, monitoring the development of Northwood’s build-to-rent portfolio, and working on Northwood’s portfolio in Paris.
Tom is a qualified solicitor and has an MSC in Real Estate. Prior to Platform, Tom’s experience includes advising a large international developer on the construction and letting of their 450,000ft2 workspace building and the adjacent 50 floor residential tower, and advising a leading UK pension and life assurance provider on its flagship build-to-rent fund, including the acquisition and development of 2,000 residential units across prime sites in London and the regions.
